Apology regarding posting reviews on Google Maps

Yesterday, Thursday, March 7, 2024, we handed out leaflets at Immersive Fort Tokyo (Koto-ku, Tokyo) requesting guests to post reviews on Google Maps, and we gave a 1,000 yen coupon that can be used at shops or restaurants in the park to guests who posted reviews. Our facility is not involved in the content of reviews, but Google's policy did not permit us to give discount coupons to those who posted reviews.

In order to respect Google's policy, we have asked all guests who may have received the leaflet yesterday to delete the explanation and reviews posted about this matter. In addition, we will no longer be distributing the above coupons from today onwards.
