How to start using the service
Download the app
Please download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Downloading is free.
Create an account
Please fill in the required information to create your user account. The app's language will be automatically set to match the language settings of your device.

Credit card registration
Please register your credit card information to receive support from an interpreter (no charges will be incurred until you call the interpreter).
Select "Payment Management" from Settings and enter your credit card information.
Call a specified number from the app
Select an interpreter on the app and call PinT Customer Support (050-2018-8555) using the three-way call function. You will be connected to the interpreter first, so after you tell the interpreter your purpose, tap the three-way call start button to connect to PinT Customer Support. The interpretation fee will be automatically charged to your credit card (no call charges will be incurred).
