Originally, that book’s title read “Fifty Shades of Hay” which I figured wouldn’t get through because of like, copyright reasons or deemed inappropriate or whatever
Sure enough we got the note from Sanrio, but ACTUAL REASON was “it implies the horse person on the cover eats hay”
