We generally perform power on and basic functional tests on all of our used items. Items with "Parts and repair" status are either incomplete for parts or has defects that requires expert repairs. Please make sure to check for compatibility before purchase.

We will try to provide the best detail on items we sell. Please keep in mind that since all of our listed items are donated, most likely we will not have any background and functional history for them. Please refer to pictures for more additional information.

We are unable to offer Combined Shipping discounts at this time.  Each item will have to be paid and shipped separately.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Most orders will be shipped via FedEx services. We may ship orders via USPS in instances we deem appropriate or as better effective. Partial refunds will not be issued on any cost differences.

All of our shipping rates are based on dimensional weight plus handling charges. These handling charges are not only to cover a full-time shipping department but also to cover the boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, high grade tape, printers, etc. We insure the value of our shipments. Any order with items totaling $100 or more will automatically require a signature confirmation.

All items will be shipped. Oversize items will require a $50 handling fee per item. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. This includes APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well. Addresses used at checkout must be a physical street address. No exceptions; we are unfortunately, unable to be flexible on this policy.

Orders placed on weekends ship and leave our facility on the following Monday. We currently only ship domestically within the 50 United states.

Payment:

Auctions are easily and securely paid online. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. 

We do not offer payment extensions on any of our inventory.

Please note all our items are sold as is, No returns are accepted. All sales are final.
