Cœur Kokoro Framboise

A cocoa donut inspired by brioche with a moist and melt-in-the-mouth texture and an asymmetrical heart-shaped design, coated with white chocolate and framboise sauce.The donut is filled with bitter yet fruity ganache cream, sweet and sour framboise cream, and bitter chocolate containing crunchy puffs.
