After defeating N’Zoth a new quest icon shows up over Dazar’Alor on the world map for the quest “A Gathering of Champions”. The quest-giver NPC does not exist anywhere and you cannot obtain the quest. Others are reporting this on WoWHead comments as well.

I tried looking up this quest, “A Gathering Of Champions” everywhere, and everywhere I look everyone has the same problem. It shows on The Great Seal on my map when I am looking at the Zandalar map, but when I physically am in The Great Seal, there is no one for me to pick the quest up from. Where is this quest at? Why can’t I obtain it yet it shows on my map? What is going on here, Blizz?
Any new progress on this??

Waiting to hear -anything- about it.
Nobody can start the quest as far as I’ve seen.
