He wears a dark green apron over a black dress shirt, and black pants. He has dark green sneakers, combed, jet black hair, mildly tanned skin, and a Smile face.

This NPC can be found standing behind the counter at The Café, which is located in the Second Sea.

Purpose[]

The Manager's sole purpose is telling the player about the current state of the Legendary Sword Dealer, and is essential for purchasing all three of the swords sold by the Legendary Sword Dealer (that being Saishi, Shizu, and Oroshi, which cost 2,000,000 each), which can be later assembled into the True Triple Katana (if the player has 300 mastery on all of them and 2,000,000). To buy the True Triple Katana, the player will need 8,000,000 in total.

Note: The player can purchase the swords immediately upon joining the server without talking to the Manager.

Dialogue[]

The Dealer only spawns at a certain interval which can be checked by talking to the Manager. The Manager will give the player different dialogues depending on how much time is left before the dealer spawns.

Each of the Manager's dialogues are stated down below.

Please note that these timings are estimated timings and are not exact under any circumstances. They may vary within 15 minutes.

Tips[]

• Server hopping is recommended until reaching the message "A man in here earlier ..", which indicates there is 1 hour and 15 minutes left or less. The player will lose 10 minutes every time they hop, but statistically, this will be favorable. This is because the whole cycle takes 5 hours and 15 minutes. The player has roughly a chance of 1 out of 4 to find the state above in a random server. There's a 44% chance of finding a server in the third dialogue after two hops, 58% after three hops, and 69% after four hops. Every hop takes 10 minutes of waiting, so considering starting with a 3-hour wait, the player has at least 9 hops before wasting time. More than 9 hops to find a server in this state carries a risk of 7.5%. If the server is in the second dialogue "Some pirates say.," the player will still benefit from hopping as this will be beneficial in roughly 7 out of 10 cases.
• Finding a server with no exploiters is recommended because an exploiter can automatically buy a sword from the Legendary Sword Dealer, thus, despawning the Legendary Sword Dealer.
• Look in the Legendary Sword Dealer spawns before checking with the manager when server hopping, as the dealer may have already spawned.
• Asking people in the Café may not be recommended even though they may have been in the server for at least 10 minutes because those who are also trying to get the Legendary Sword Dealer may state a different dialogue so that others will server hop, and they can get the sword easier.
• Be aware of people camping the manager, as they might try to get the sword too.
• Upon joining a Private Servers, after waiting for 10 minutes, talking to him will always say "Meh, he left not too long ago" until the server has aged 30 minutes.
