Hibana Kagari (篝 火花) Katsute Mahou Shoujo to Aku wa Tekitai shiteita. The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies かつて魔法少女と悪は敵対していた。 Hibana is the second magical girl introduced in the story. She loves cute things but has a tendency to go berserk when not in her "happy place." She often turns against the Angel accompanying her, and those around her are surprised at the contrast between her cute appearance and the foul language she uses. Her outfit resembles that of Homura Akemi, especially the diamond shapes on her stockings.
