[Cleansing] Yesterday, I invited everyone to take care of their skin together! So... I would like to introduce my daily skin care routine step by step 😉 To be honest, I'm not sure if there is any demand for this, lol, but I think that the care of ordinary people, not celebrities or influencers, can be surprisingly helpful... I'm going to keep a positive attitude 😁 Today, the first step of skin care is cleansing. First, remove your eye makeup with a point makeup remover. (I forgot to take a picture, but I use something called Bifesta, which you can buy at a drugstore. I think it's about 800 yen!) Soak a cotton pad and gently apply it to your eyelids and eyelashes, then gently slide it downwards (towards the tips of your eyelashes). The skin under your eyes is particularly thin, and friction can cause pigmentation, so be gentle! Don't scrub! Once you've removed your eye makeup, use the familiar Mediplorer Cleansing Balm 90g 4,800+tax. Scoop it up with a spatula, take it on your fingers, and place it on your forehead, nose, chin, and both cheeks in 5 spots. Gently spread it over your entire face, being careful of friction, to blend it with your makeup. Dirt tends to accumulate on the nose and chin, so gently roll it around😊 And before you wash it off... A tip☝️ Lightly wet your hands with lukewarm water, shake it off, and then apply the water remaining on your hands to your entire face. This is called emulsification🐄 By emulsifying the cleanser, you can wash off both your makeup and the cleanser without leaving any residue on your skin👍 It's just a little extra work, but it's a very important point! When it emulsifies, the cleanser becomes cloudy white, so once your entire face is like that, just rinse it off with lukewarm water and you're done😊 Here's a recap of today's lesson👩🏫 ✔︎Remove your eye makeup first! ✔︎Be careful of friction! ✔︎Emulsify! ✔︎Rinse with lukewarm water! I don't know if it's true that those who control cleansing control beautiful skin, but it's no exaggeration to say that it's an important process, so please do it carefully 😊💕
