History isn't going to be re-written was involved in the 2021 discussion where the 3 million dollar figure came from. The CF declined it. They picked up negotiations years later, and the number went dramatically up.
IOG was never involved in negotiating with Circle and we never had an opinion one way or the other whether they should come to Cardano.
