The heartbroken partner of broadcasting legend Trevor Campbell who passed away last November after a short illness has told how she struggles to listen to music since his death.

Vi Laird, who was in a relationship with the Downtown Radio presenter for almost 20 years, said her Moneyreagh home, which was once filled with country music, was now silent and that she still felt “numb” with grief.
