I really enjoy your stuff. Or, more accurately, I used to. The charm of your comics is the minimalist design, the casual nudity and associated jokes and shticks, to include bits of bisexuality, etc. But as of late I think you're apologizing for what you do. Like putting the "NSFW" label on this piece and hiding it in your stash. I see more explicit depictions of female nudity on broadcast TV and cable, but this is like you're hiding it from your puritanical spouse or your Sunday school teacher.

Is it the standards set by the DeviantArt folks? That's doesn't make sense; there's so much crap out there, it's ridiculous. Perhaps it's fear of being targeted by the politically correct crowd, perhaps it's your own discomfort for what you're doing. Maybe it's something else. Maybe I'm full of crap. I dunno. But I bet you do.

Not that you asked for my advice, but don't be apologetic for what you do -- don't feel like you have to explain everything, don't let the crowd direct you; you should direct yourself, create the art you want and let your audience follow. If they do, they do; likewise, if they don't, they don't. Let your art speak for itself. Either embrace this thing you've created or abandon it and go for something else.

Regardless, I wish you well and look forward to seeing what you come up with in the future. You've created a nice little world and I'd like to see more of it. But through your eyes, not the blinders that have hampered your creativity.
