Podcast Editor and Producer

Hannah Kissel Life Coaching is a coaching company that empowers high performers to overcome people-pleasing, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome. Clients include high performers from LinkedIn, Uber, Docusign, and other top tech companies.

In addition to coaching, we produce a podcast that inspires growth and transformation. We are seeking a Podcast Producer to edit and upload our podcast Big F*cking Dreams.

Job Responsibilities:
Podcast Production:
Edit podcast episodes using Riverside.fm (training provided).
Compile podcast episodes in Audacity (training provided)
Upload podcast episodes to platforms through Libsyn
Reel production:
Design and post reels of the podcast & upload to Instagram
YouTube and Pinterest Management:
Upload podcast episodes to YouTube and create thumbnails using Canva.
Create Pinterest pins to drive traffic to the podcast and website.
General Admin and Communication:
Maintain an organized content calendar
Input data entry for weekly KPI stats


Working Hours:
This position is 6 hours per week .
Working days (pick one):
· Mondays & Tuesdays
· Thursdays & Fridays
Working Hours:
· 12PM-5PM AEST.

Requirements:
Must-Haves (please refrain from applying if these requirements are not met):
A computer, email access, and familiarity with Zoom.
Fast and reliable internet connection.
Proficient English typing and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Eagerness for personal and professional growth.
Ability to express emotions and ideas effectively through text.
Active listening and organizational skills.
Previous experience in podcast production and reel production.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and YouTube.


Compensation and Growth Opportunities:
This is a part-time position with a paid 30-day probationary period.
Hourly rates will increase with consistent success and performance.

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 30 days will be in effect.
