Death will die when all is dead, for death is an inherent part of earthly, of terrestrial, of all life of this plane. And it really isn't a maybe: it is an is or an isn't.

Anyway, on topic, without pointing out the should-be-obvious, I think that the thing in the middle of Arceus's body is the middle of Arceus's body. Hence, it is not a thing at all. It'd be like a birth mark in the middle of your chest: you'd say, "Wow, what is that thing in the middle of your body?" And you'd reply "It in fact is my body, though it differs from the rest of my parts."
