How to sign up and login

If you do not have an account

1. Access “https://tonamel.com/”.
2. Click [Sign Up] at the top of the page.
3. Sign up for a new account using your preferred sign up method from the options below.
   • Google
   • Twitter
   • Facebook
   • Discord
   • LINE
4. Once the sign up is completed, you can login to Tonamel.

If you already have an account

1. Access “https://tonamel.com/”.
2. Click [Login] at the top of the page.
3. Log in with your registered account from the options below.
   • Google
   • Twitter
   • Facebook
   • Discord
   • LINE

In case unable to login

Logged in with the wrong account

Please make sure you are using the correct service for login, such as X or Facebook.
If you have multiple accounts, please ensure you are logging in with the correct account.

Error appears when trying to log in with X

Please try the following methods.

1. Log in to x.com first, then log in to Tonamel
2. Clear the cache for twitter.com from your browser (safari, Chrome) setting, then log in

• In the case of Safari (iOS)
  Go to ‘Settings’ > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Search for ‘twitter.com’ > Tap ‘Edit’ and press ‘-’ > Done

• In the case of Google Chrome (Android)
  Tap the three dots in the top right > Settings > Site Settings > Data Stored > Search for ‘twitter.com’ > Delete data & reset permissions > Done
