Been told despite my preconceptions, this one's an unironic banger.
Man I'd love to watch Bang Dream but that jittery animation is a big turn off for me. I loved Girls Band Cry's silky CG, that's how CG is supposed to be done.
It's good but it's not anything special. If anything, the best it does is set up Ave Mujica which actually has some good potential to be great. First three episodes have been amazing and the stakes actually feel real unlike in MyGo, not to mention the vastly better quality of music.
Maybe I use this chance to give it a shot again. Watched like 5 episodes back when it aired and it just didn't do it for me. I just didn't like the characters. But so many people said it was good, so many I give it another shot.
