GOUVERNEUR — Village police on May 16 charged Bryon C. Carr, 18, Gouverneur, with third-degree assault. He was also cited with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.
Police charge at 5:50 p.m. at a Gleason Street residence, Mr. Carr pushed a woman and struck a man several times in the face, causing injury.
