1月10日,由我國自主研製的全球首列用於商業化運營的碳纖維地鐵列車「CETROVO 1.0 碳星快軌」在青島地鐵1號線載客運營。
據了解,傳統地鐵車輛主要採用鋼、鋁合金等金屬材料,受制於材料特性,面臨減重瓶頸。碳纖維具有輕質、高強度、抗疲勞、耐腐蝕等優點,強度是鋼鐵的5倍以上,但重量不到鋼鐵的1/4,是軌道車輛輕量化的絕佳材料。
該碳纖維地鐵列車的車體、轉向架構架等主承載結構採用碳纖維複合材料製造,具有更輕更節能、強度更高、環境適應力更強、全壽命周期運維成本更低等技術優勢。與傳統金屬材料的地鐵車輛相比,整車減重約11%,運行能耗降低7%,每列車每年可減少二氧化碳排放130噸。
碳纖維材料的使用,提高了車身強度,使車身具有更強抗衝擊能力,延長了結構使用壽命。此外,得益於碳纖維複合材料的使用,車輛具有更好的減振和隔振效果,行駛更平穩,噪聲更小,乘坐更舒適。
青島地鐵1號線全長約60公里、設41座車站,是青島南北骨幹線路,串聯西海岸新區、市南區、市北區、李滄區、城陽區。
