Larry Minor, a prominent San Jacinto businessman who sits on two elected boards, is again in trouble with the California Fair Political Practices Commission.
Minor is facing a $6,000 fine for failing to report business interests to the state. The move comes five years after the commission fined him $60,000 for improper campaign donations.
