Love the look AND feel of these glasses. There's a tactile element to them I didn't expect, from the soft way the outer surface glass feels in your hand to the perfect slick curve of rim on your lips. Also noticing my coffee stays hot longer. Highly recommend hand washing them.

The glasses are very smooth, so it makes them slippery to hold. And I received one with a scratch on the outside of the cup. I told customer service and nothing was done about it.

Under careful use and clean within 3 month, the glass start to leak through the bottom seal hole. Communicating with the vendor to see if replacement is possible. Hopefully this is just a defected product and the new one can last for years.

The slightly updated glasses are really nice! The lip at the top prevents it form spilling and they feel like thicker glass which should make them more durable. Love my Kruve glasses!

Cappuccino very nice in these glasses however they are not dishwasher safe as the seal can crack and allow water in between. Customer service was fantastic and set was replaced. Will wash by hand.

The imagine glassware looks great until you put it in the dishwasher. The air gapped lower portion was half filled with dirty water when it came out. The Excite/Inspire and Propel espresso glasses haven't had this problem.
Would appreciate tips on how to get water out and/or a replacement, now that I know they are NOT dishwasher safe.

I own 6 200 mL/6.5 oz. Imagine cappuccino glasses and 4 300 mL/10 oz. latte glasses. I like the aesthetics of the glasses and the fact that the mouths are sufficiently large to make pulling a shot easy into the glass easy. The capacities are perfect for a 6 oz. cappuccino (2 oz. espresso, 2 oz. milk, and 2 oz. foam) and for a generous latte.

They are cheaply made, very, very thin. Arrived broken and the carrier YUN from china repackaged the box with at least a full roll of tape. Kruve customer service said they’re replacing my order, but to date I haven’t seen or heard any specifics. Still waiting it’s been over a month since I placed the order.

They look awesome, they do keep your drink warm, feel premium, and cost a pretty penny hence the 4 star rate , way too expensive for a couple of glasses. 20 usd per glass is a very high markup :( You pay for aesthetic and feel!
