創傷治癒作用で肌をキレイにするために。
それは、ある有名な先生から**創傷治癒力を活かした美容鍼は、とにかく多数のハリを打つ方が効果がある**と習い、実際に多数鍼を施術してみたことがあります。もちろん当時からダーマローラーの存在はありましたが鍼灸師が使えるものは0.2mm程度しか刺さらない仕様になります。それは角層レベルでの細胞活性、美容液浸透目的のセルフケア用でしかありません。美肌目的で切皮を素早く繰り方法もありますが刺入が浅いのと施術時間と再現性の問題があります。そこで鍼灸師が使える針で多数鍼の究極限界施術として、1000本のハリを施術した結果、得られたのは複数箇所の内出血と腫れでした。施術した私も受けて頂いたお客様も、正直なところ５０本程度の普通の美容鍼と比較して効果に特別なことは何も感じませんでした。1000本も打ってこの程度？！何かがおかしい。50本でも100本でも1000本でも、、、変わらない！？この”なんで1000本も打ったのに結果が伴わないのか？”という疑問から、”マイクロニードリング”について徹底的に調べ始めました。
海外の論文に情報の宝が埋もれており”Google Scolar" で皆さんも簡単に調べることができます。そこにはたくさんの気づきがありました。鍼灸師は常に勉強、アップデートは終わることはありませんね。
マイクロニードリングは、表情筋に効かせるものではなく、表皮から真皮層に微細な針の集合体を用いて刺鍼することで、皮膚の創傷治癒作用を働かせ、肌を若々しくするものです。ドラッグデリバリーにも用いられ経皮吸収率が１万倍になるという研究論文もあります。
その後、幾度ものトライアンドエラーを繰り返した結果、肌再生効果を求める美容鍼とは、数百や数千ではなく肌深部（真皮）まで数万箇所以上の刺創を合理的（安全に短時間で）に行うものであるという結論に理論的にも、実現可能な技術としても合致しました。
その過程でどこを探しても鍼灸師が扱えるそのような条件を満たすメソッドは、どこにもなかったので研究を開始したのです。

To Beautify Skin Through Wound Healing
Inspired by a well-known teacher’s advice that "cosmetic acupuncture leveraging wound healing is more effective when a greater number of needles are used," I once experimented with applying a large number of needles during treatments. At the time, dermarollers were available, but the needles acupuncturists could use only penetrated to about 0.2mm. This was limited to superficial cell activation and serum absorption at the stratum corneum level, designed primarily for self-care.
While there are methods to quickly pierce the skin for beauty purposes, they suffer from shallow penetration, lengthy procedure times, and issues with consistency. As an acupuncturist, I attempted the ultimate challenge of applying 1,000 needles. The results? Multiple bruises and swelling across treated areas. Both I and the clients who underwent the procedure honestly felt that there was no noticeable improvement compared to traditional cosmetic acupuncture with around 50 needles.
1,000 needles, and that’s it? Something was clearly wrong. Whether it was 50, 100, or 1,000 needles, the outcomes didn’t differ. This led me to the question: "Why are the results not proportional to the number of needles?" Driven by this curiosity, I began thoroughly researching "microneedling."
Buried treasures of knowledge were found in international research papers, easily accessible through "Google Scholar." These studies offered countless insights. For acupuncturists, continuous learning and updates are endless pursuits.
Microneedling is not designed to target facial muscles. Instead, it works by applying clusters of fine needles from the epidermis to the dermis layer to activate the skin's wound-healing response, rejuvenating the skin. It is also used in drug delivery, with studies indicating that transdermal absorption can increase by up to 10,000 times.
After countless trials and errors, I concluded that effective cosmetic acupuncture aimed at skin regeneration is not about hundreds or thousands of needle insertions but about rationally creating tens of thousands of micro-injuries deep into the skin (the dermis) safely and efficiently.
During this process, I realized that no method meeting these criteria was available for acupuncturists. This realization sparked the beginning of my research.

マイクロニードル技術の研究を重ね、初期メソッドを考案しました。このモデルは、Shinkan9という鍼保持具を用いた画期的な施術メソッドで、鍼灸師の専門知識と技術を生かし、安全で効果的に施術を行えるよう設計されました。

臨床研究を重ね、初期メソッドを鍼灸師専用の鍼技術として特許出願しました。美容鍼と再生医療の未来を研究及び模索する団体で代表理事を務め、鍼灸師専用マイクロニードリング技術を活かした研究及び情報交換を行い、会員向けに講習及び技術の提供に携わりました。約1oo名の鍼灸師が技術を学び研究しました。

Serving as the chairperson of an organization dedicated to exploring the future of cosmetic acupuncture and regenerative medicine, I led research and information exchange focused on microneedling techniques designed specifically for acupuncturists. Additionally, I was involved in providing training and offering the techniques to members. Approximately 100 acupuncturists participated in learning and researching this technology.

常に技術革新を目指し、研究開発を継続しています。COCO美容はり™︎では初期モデルでの臨床経験を活かし、様々な問題点（組み立て時間、部品の複雑さ、刺入精度、刺入深度調整不可、擦過傷リスク、施術部位の限定など）を改善した新たな技術を考案し特許出願しました。日本全国及び海外の成長を目指す鍼灸師の方々に新たな美容鍼の可能性を開くメソッドとして「COCO美容はり™︎」と技術及び周辺のサポート提供を新たに研究例のご紹介を開始しました。美容鍼の専門知識とマイクロニードリング技術を融合させたもので、より効果的で安全な施術例を紹介しています。
