Presentation Material

- Speakers (presenters) must prepare their presentation (PPT) material in the MS Power Point 2016 format.
- You may use all fonts supported in MS Office. If you wish to use a font other than the one supported in Windows default (standard) fonts, you must bring your font file
along with your presentation (PPT) file.
- We recommend the screen ratio of 16:9 for your PPT.
- If your presentation (PPT) file contains a video or an audio file, you must bring the file in the same folder in a compressed form to the Preview Room to test if the files
   work correctly.
- You must use a USB memory stick to bring your presentation (PPT) file and check if the file has been correctly copied at the Preview Room.

Preview Room

- Please arrive at the Preview Room at least 2 hours before the start of the session to upload your presentation file (PPT). If your presentation (PPT) file contains
a video or an audio file, please arrive at the Preview Room 3 hours before the start of the session to check if your presentation (PPT) file works correctly.
- Please refrain from using your own notebook PC. If due to an unavoidable reason, you need to use your own notebook PC or a Mac, you must visit the Preview Room
beforehand to check your notebook PC's compatibility with the equipment and display provided in the session room and notify the staff that you will be using your own
notebook PC. In addition, each speaker must prepare his/her own gender changer for the projector and the power adaptor.
- If you plan to convert your presentation (PPT) file from Mac to PC platform, you must review the presentation (PPT) file in the preview room.

Equipment

- As shown in the left photo, a computer (IBM only, NO Mac),
a monitor, a mouse, a smart pointer and a wired microphone will be placed on
the podium in the session room.
