Registration Process
Acknowledgement of Registration
Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration.
Payment Status (Check at 'My page')
- You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.
- Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed).
- Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.
- Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment needed' to ‘Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
Confirmation of Registration
- Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’.
Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees should be paid using one of the following options:
Credit Card- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB
- If the payment gets declined, please contact your local credit card company first before contacting the Secretariat.
- All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’.
Wire Transfer- Registrants are responsible for covering all bank remittance charges.
- Please ensure that the transfer is made under the registrant’s name and clearly stated on the receipt.
- A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees are not credited to the meeting account on time.
- The confirmation letter will only be issued upon full receipt of the required fees.
- Payment must be completed within the designated registration period (by June 7, 2024). Failure to do so will result in corresponding additional fees if paid after the registration deadline.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation must be made via e-mail and confirmed by the secretariat. (kjcos2024@naver.com)
- All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.- Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
No refunds will be given after June 7, 2024 (Korean Standard Time)
