We'll definitely have the prototype, specs, and CIP done. As for the implementation, hard to say. We are now in a multiclient world and a community owned roadmap. Leios will be balanced with everything else and the resources made available in the budget.
If a keep the "lights on budget" passes, then I doubt we will get leios until 2027 or beyond. If a larger budget passes, then devs could be stacked in shifts to allow for day and night programming 7 days a week.
