The TRA states: “Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with The Teachers’ Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, a professional conduct panel has been convened to consider the case of Ms Lisa Smith formerly employed in Banbury, south east England.”
The most high profile investigation from the TRA in recent years was the case of former Cherwell School teacher Joshua Sutcliffe who was dismissed for misgendering a transgender pupil.
