A strange post on the POPGOES subreddit suggests that the original game is giving people nausea and olfactory hallucinations...

Either the game is so bad it's giving some people strokes, or it's just REALLY immersive.

The full swivel of the camera might be causing motion sickness in some people? That's all I can think of that could be causing it.

Yes its real, someday i woke up at 3 am, and i saw popgoes in my house's hallway, he said: "it's Poppin time for Popgoes" and he jumped on me and he he took all my money, then he called stone that flight into Him and they were going to Infinite and beyond. Seems normal to me.
