Hi guys,
Unfortunately I caught covid early last week so I've not been very active at all. As a result there isn't too much to share this week and I honestly don't have much energy to type a lot up. But we must continue

POPGOES Evergreen:
With the bare endoskeleton model finished, we were able to wrap up the Parts & Service room, with the exception of some textures that I'm waiting for. The Main Hall is also only in need of some texture work. When these are done, the entire pizzeria will be finished. I know that sounds kind of silly considering we technically started working on the pizzeria around 3 years ago, but I mean... it's a pretty amazing looking pizzeria. And it's gone through some iterations, problems that needed solving, etc. It's a nice milestone to meet!
Another nice milestone is that the middle stage for False Mangle is finally done. That means ALL Toy and False models (15 in total) are finished. I imagine that the next False we show off might be False BB later this year. And with that, the middle stage may follow. But I don't want to show off much more than that before release.
Work on the trading card packaging has continued. The visuals for the default booster pack is almost finished:
Due to some Blender settings, the texture looks a little blurry and washed out here. We'll fix that, and I'll also see if we can make it a little more metallic/foil looking. But I'm very happy with the artwork itself, of course contributed by
.On top of the booster pack which gives 5 random cards from the entire collection of 50 (with varying rarities) there will also be "mystery singles" which are packs that include only one card, but from a specific set in the collection. Meaning for a different price you'll be able to buy a mystery single from the Halloween set, or the Toy set, etc. This should make it easier to complete your collection when you already have a lot of cards. And no matter how you open your cards, there will always be a rare chance that what you open will be a holo.
Merch:
I've actually received my very own Popgoes Hex plushie!
This thing is pretty amazing. The material is firm, tough, but it's not rough on the skin. The whole thing is really solidly built - it's almost like it's designed to be a dog toy. Though of course you should not give animals Hex plushies.
The Blackrabbit head is very detailed. It has an actual plastic nose, threaded details everywhere, and no visible stitching. The snout DOES indeed protrude a bit as well.
The waistcoat is removable, like Chica's bib. Here's an image, courtesy of Dawko:
I'm really happy with this. I'm shocked at how well the corduroy has worked with Popgoes and how good of a job Warren James has done at manufacturing him and Candy.
And some news: Candy and Popgoes are looking to be up for pre-order next week. This SEEMS pretty certain but things can change, so keep an eye on official Hex media for an announcement on their launch.
Hope you guys are looking forward to this. I know that the Hex plushies are quite expensive but I swear that they are worth their premium price if you can afford it. They are huge, they are incredibly well put together, and the company involved (as well as Dawko) is very patient and committed to making some awesome FNAF merch.

Last thing I want to mention is the fucking Springtrap mug
This mug was spotted at Spencer's in the United States. It is an official mug licensed by Scottgames, and it uses artwork by Turntail / Sian, my girlfriend!
Sian is an incredible artist who has lived with me for a few years now. She's the designer behind the new POPGOES animatronics, and she's also responsible for the super detailed artwork on the backgrounds of all of the trading cards. She's also the "S" in
.Sian gave Scott a few original exclusive FNAF pieces quite a long time ago, and this is the first time we've seen one of them actually used on a product! The reception so far has been amazing, people seem pretty astonished that artwork of Springtrap in this kind of style has actually appeared on official media. And indeed it's a breath of fresh air! Sian's style is a mix of realistic and surreal, and I really hope more of her secret Scottgames batch is released to the public, eventually!
Okay that is it. I'm running out of breath typing this up. Thanks for reading!
