Everything I Learned about Glucose and Diabetes: 4 Months with CGMs (Continuous Glucose Monitor)

Last October, I bought a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) to observe how different foods impact my glucose levels and to try to understand why so many people develop diabetes or prediabetes. Many individuals are unaware they have prediabetes, a condition that is still reversible. Once diagnosed with diabetes, however, it becomes much more difficult to reverse(or can’t reverse? I don’t know). I’d like to share my experiences here with those who are interested in this topic. At the end of the post, I also listed my previous posts during these 4 months.
