Update - We are aware of the current downtime and are looking into the issue. Likely related to the database issues seen earlier today.

Identified - We have identified a number of issues with the database cluster, and we have made some changes to try and help performance.

We are still seeing some issues that may be causing performance degradation and we are still trying to find a root cause.

We expect this investigation to take some time and we will be monitoring the performance of the site as usual.

Resolved - We were made aware of users being unable to authenticate with MO2 (and other apps) using our SSO service.

This was limited to users in the US / Canada. We have now implemented a fix.
