What information do I need to create an account?
You only need a username, which will be final and cannot be changed.
What can I do if I lose my token?
If you lost your token, go to the Settings Tab and scroll to the bottom to view your user token. If you cannot sign in, you can either create a new account or email contact@neiki.dev to recover your account.
How many accounts can I create?
Each user can create up to three accounts for valid reasons. Creating a new account will automatically disable the other accounts. Abusing this system will result in a permanent ban and the disabling of all your accounts.
What data is stored?
We only store the data you provide for your account, including your username and optional data like email, description, and profile image. We temporarily store your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not store any files, but we do store the content of readable files such as scripts, as well as metadata and basic data extracted from files.
Do you track anything with third-party software?
We use Cloudflare to prevent spam and DDoS attacks. Cloudflare Insights tracks monthly visits and basic website statistics. We also use Google Console for search tracking to monitor our website traffic.
Where do my files get uploaded to?
Files are uploaded to Kaspersky Opentip, Hatching Triage, VirusTotal, AnyRun, ThreatZone, ReversingLabs, UnpacMe, CyberFortress, VX-Underground. If a file is confirmed as malware, it is also uploaded to various malware sharing platforms. Registered users can download these files.
How do I download a file?
In the report, you can find the "Download" tab to download files, which are hosted by third parties, not directly by our service. If a download is unavailable, you can email contact@neiki.dev to request it.
How can I remove captchas?
To prevent spam and abuse, any upload or fetch is protected by hCaptcha. Creating an account removes most captchas. To remove captchas on the Fetch and Comment sections, you need a higher Rank. Read the next section to learn how to increase your rank.
What are ranks and how do I increase them?
Higher ranks remove captchas. Ranks are assigned both manually. To increase your rank, be active, upload files, and provide valuable comments and votes. If you believe you deserve a higher rank, contact us at contact@neiki.dev.
My account got disabled, what can I do?
If your account is disabled, you are banned from creating new ones. Please contact us at contact@neiki.dev to resolve this issue. We will provide full transparency on why your account was disabled. If you create a new account using a VPN, you will be permanently banned and further actions will be taken.
I have a new engine to add to your system, what can I do?
If you have a new engine to add, please contact us at contact@neiki.dev with all the relevant information.
I found a false positive verdict/report, what should I do?
If you find a false positive verdict or report from our bot 'NeikiAnalytics', please contact us at contact@neiki.dev with more information and proof to resolve the issue.
Your website says my file is malware, what can I do?
If your file is flagged as malware, contact us at contact@neiki.dev to discuss the issue. Please avoid spamming or threatening us; just communicate, and we will work to resolve the issue.
