Description

Asgore didn't like that Asriel was still breastfeeding at the age of 4 so he had Toriel ask him if he wanted to switch to solid food, or give up his little boy bits to be her baby forever.
Asgore: make him choose if he wants to eat real food and grow up big and strong like his daddy, or if he wants to keep suckling mommy like a sissy.

Asriel chose so now this is his every day life.

Toriel has her perma baby and Asriel has a milk only diet, even when he grows up <3
