レンジで作れる簡単キッシュ風卵焼きレシピ!生クリーム不要で、とってもお手軽です。

材料:
ほうれん草 3株
【A】牛乳 100ml
【A】卵 2個
【A】マヨネーズ 小さじ2
【A】コンソメスープの素 小さじ1
【A】塩 小さじ1/2
【A】コショウ 適量
厚切りベーコン (1センチ幅に切る) 50g
ピザ用チーズ 30g
作り方:
① ほうれん草はよく洗い、水がついたままラップで包み、耐熱容器にのせて600Wのレンジで2分加熱する。粗熱を取って水気を絞り、根本を落として5センチの長さに切る。
② 耐熱容器に【A】を入れて混ぜる。
③ ①、厚切りベーコン、ピザ用チーズを加えて混ぜる。600Wの電子レンジで5分加熱する。粗熱を取ったら、完成!
