Lost Phone & Number - Recover Google Account
- My password still work
- i can access the recovery email
- I know my lost number
- It seems that my lost phone is taken and access by someone else now.
Please help, is there alternative beside send text message or phone prompt to recover my account?

Account recovery form is the only option provided by Google to recover your account; Google does not provide other options. Hence, if you want to recover your account, you will have to use account recovery form.

- Kindly use account recovery form from previous logged in location/ip address and used device for your Gmail/Google account as Google will also check it in the backend.
- If you are unable to provide one of the verification details such as 2sv or backup code or recovery phone or email address, you may skip it by selecting "Try another way" in account recovery form.
