Use Xbox Backup Creator's "Image Browser" (Tested with version 2.9 build 0425; do not use DVDmulleter - while the extraction is faster it has issues with certain games.)

Another use case is region locked installable content, or skipping achievement requirements - think FF13 - as while most/all bonus discs are region free there are games with an installer that is launched straight from the game itself.
(Usually) these archives are found in a "content" folder, but you can try searching for & extracting every file named 42 alphanumeric (all caps) characters in order to check/transfer them with modio or horizon.
