You can put 1 tsp. in water and drink it without any problems? How much do you put in for a detox bath?
I use 1 teaspoon in an 8oz glass of water 5 mornings a week. Never had any issues or problems. Moderation, slowly getting into your system. Detox bath? I don’t know, I haven’t used the bentonite clay for that purpose yet.
