Amaryllis Fox Kennedy — a former undercover CIA operative who managed the presidential campaign of her father-in-law, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — met this week in Washington with President-elect Donald Trump’s choice for CIA director, John Ratcliffe, and others about a possible job as deputy director of the spy agency, according to people briefed on the discussions.
