I've always been a huge fan of IB ever since I was young. I played both the remastered and the old version of the game and I can confidently say my opinion overall stays the same. The story is amazing, but it's not very long (the game has different endings though so I guess it makes sense), the concept of roses is absolutely amazing and pretty unique if i might, the characters have very nice designs and nice characterization, which made me pretty much love and attach to Garry. For the gameplay, it doesn't have much aside from puzzles and different endings. The puzzles are pretty nice and somewhat straightforward (at least for me), while the different endings can be a little more demanding if aiming for the achievement, at the end it's worth it honestly. The music does not disappoint either, the majority of osts fit the context pretty well and some are straight up iconic, just like the main menu ost and the prelude. The overall design of the game is veryyy good like the main menu, the map and mostly some of the work of arts inside the map. I highly recommend this game to those who are starting out with these kinds of games, but even if you're not, I still recommend it!!

A very special game that will always occupy a pleasant, yet dark, corner of my mind.

A remake with much love put into it. I played the original game years ago and was never able to achieve my favorite ending on my own, but I was finally able to get it and relive nostalgic memories in the process. I'm genuinely motivated to play the game more to unlock the rest of the bonus content!

It's a well written game with an impressing story telling
The in game music added more depth to the game, mixing visual art and audio art together alleviates the game to a whole new level of immersiveness
The gameplay wise is meh, but it's more like a personal thing since i dont like backtracking in games unless it is related to the plot

Ib is probably one of my top favorite horror RPG's. I remember watching it as a kid and wanting to play it someday when I got my own running PC and here I was at last to do so, in a newer version of the game, which I'm okay with truthfully because it keeps true to the original and everyone just looks amazing.
I ran through this game with much love twice on Stream and got the Neutral & True Ending (Plus the Bad Ending too) and I wish to achievement hunt this game to complete the gallery in all its nice glory and see the gallery in full view of paintings.
Game itself was well versed, the puzzles kept me curious and thinking, Garry and them looking amazing in upgraded graphics, music and art were so amazing from the OG. Plus extra secret dungeon was also a nice addition! 10/10 game if you wish to check this out!

Although I am wondering about a supposed Secret Ending known as the Sacrifice Ending, it follows the same line as Promise of a Reunion but before the ending bit, your able to bypass and allow something to change. But when looking into it, I was unable to find how to actually get it and or if it's in the remake itself or in the OG. I was hoping to grab this Ending too! If anyone has ideas on how to get this ending or if it's in this version, please lemme know ^^
