This mirrors my experiences within Cardano for the last couple of years as well.
I recently approached CF leadership after the Constitutional Convention to share my concerns of the perception within the community, and I was told rather harshly to look at the official X account of CF to see if they had made that claim.
My concern was about a perception, not about any particular claim. It was disappointing, but not the first time a concern was raised in that manner that was discarded.
After the high of watching the community reach consensus and move forward a new constitution, it was quite a blow to hear the dismissal of those concerns and a laundry list of things that would be harder for CF due to their own perception of shortcomings of the draft.
My only ask in that meeting? Earlier, more transparent and more engaged participation in the processes that the community is designing. Instead of coming late to the process with complaints, come early and cocreate the processes with us.
