  Everything was good up until it came time to actually do the work. They delayed starting in order to try and get more money out of my insurance company. Twice they scheduled and didn't show up. When I called them out about it, the owner became a raging jerk, quit entirely and proceeded to threaten me with all sorts of lawsuits and such. Unfortunately for him I had already paid him $3,500 and the materials had been delivered. Knowing I would never get my $3,500 back in its entirety, I kept the materials. After the cops having to explain to him that he could not trespass on my property to get them back, I sent him a check for the extra amount that they cost and told him to pound sand. There are lots of good roofers in the area. Do yourself a favor and don't pick this one!

  Poor quality of work. Communication is non-existent. Poor value for your money. The owner is mean and combative towards customers.

  Hired this company to repair my leaky roof. Then when it rained, we had more leaks than before. They refused to come back and fix it. Had to hire another company to do the job right.
  
  Very bad company to work with. Doesn't stand behind their work.

  Called this company several times and each time I called they said someone would call me back but no one ever did. I guess they don't want my business. Oh well.

  The installation crew showed up late and left early every day. They took two hour lunches and discarded their trash all over my yard and even my neighbors yard. Weeks after I'm still finding chicken bones and half eaten corn cobs in my yard. The roof looks bad with uneven shingles everywhere. Roberts Restorations says they won't come back to fix it. I do not recommend this contractor.

  This is a horrible company with a hateful owner who threatens his customers with lawsuits over online reviews. I know for a fact that Roberts Restorations is currently trying to sue 2 former customers for posting negative online reviews.
  
  My biggest regret is that I didn't check their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website before getting involved with this company. If I had, I would have found out what kind of person the owner is, and I would have never even called them.
  
  Do your due diligence before getting involved with this company.

  I had a very bad experience with this company. I regret even calling this roofer. After they worked on my roof it started leaking. Now they refuse to fix the problem.

  I had a VERY BAD experience with Roberts Restorations and its owner. I would love to tell my story publicly but the owner and his attorneys have threatened me with legal action if I do.
  
  I won't elaborate but I will say what they did to me and my family is so bad that Roberts Restorations will spare no expense to make sure no one ever finds out about it.
