暴走族に入る青少年の生態を調べるために、フィールドワークで20年間暴走族のパシリとして潜入し続けた社会学者の打越先生がお亡くなりになった。激レアさんでオファーしたら「今まだ潜入中だからバレるので」と、研究が一息つくまで何年か待ってからご出演頂いた。伺ったお話や著書からは社会学者としての矜持と凄み、出会った少年少女への深い優しさを感じた。とても尊敬している。
