A Hong Kong-flagged civilian vessel that has previously taken part in military exercises with PLA special ops has been docked at Taichung Port since Tuesday.
I wonder if Taiwan has rules regarding foreign civilian vessels that have conducted exercises with the PLA. Guessing not.
