韓国の戒厳令は実は囮で、真の目的は選挙不正を令状なしで捜査する為だったとの話。
国情院が昨年選挙不正を発見、大統領府に緊急報告したものの裁判官が疑惑に関与している恐れがあるためすぐに動かず、今回裁判所の令状なしで捜索するための戒厳令を発令したのではとの事。
