S0ilclucks…You have a point, yet you have missed the REAL problem, as always.
It's not the baiters that are killing the site, most likely the opposite, as they're of the few archetype of posters that still have focus on soyquoting (not all of them, but a great portion nonetheless).
The ACTUAL problem killing the site s0ilclucks, is in fact, the nuelfposters.
Those posters that post neutralplier or constantly self insert as soyelfs ; post reddit tier questions or overshare about their lives ("how does it feel to have a gf?", "how do I X?", "I'm in school AMA", "I'm grounded" etc) ; try to force in the most unnatural way their interests into Santa's workshop culture [we can consider contemporary cases (FPE posters, furry dogfuckers, and whatever else has been forced in this year) or the ones that have always been in the site (nuzelligcacas, mlp manchilds, soytan gooners, etc)] ; The attention seeking bogeymen that surge every few months and try to make everything about their persona in a website that is supposed to be anonymous (and those who give them attention are as in fault as them of the website's decline) ; the drama f4gs, always trying to cause drama and bad blood between the members of the website and/or external actors ; etc.
Accompany this with a change on the focus of the administration of the website, changing the mentality of patching over problems (creating containment boards or trying to reach compromises with bad actors) with one focused on solving problems (0 tolerance against our enemies), and voila, we're set for success.
It is clear that once we do what has been mentioned above, the website will flourish, as then the remaining poster archetypes will be:
OC creators, bringing us the latest innovations in s0yelf creation ; s0yquote writers, who may not be good at drawing soyelfs, but are among the best giving them the right creative uses ; the snowball fighters, who want to give the website more recognition, but not as a club for theater kids, but rather as a dark organization that torments the cultural bastion that the left has built in the latest years ; the baiters, who laugh at their capabilities of tricking their own onto thinking they're opposing forces ; etc.
Hope this was helpful to clear your view s0ilclucks, though you'll probably ignore it and the website will keep decaying, but at least WE warned you.
