Inspiration:
Welcome to the Xelis Design Challenge, where your creativity will bring to life the ultimate Xelis Xelite conqueror! The Xelite is not just any astronaut, trooper or alien; they are a highly skilled, technology-savvy force determined to dominate worlds across the galaxy. A perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and the relentless drive of a space trooper, the Xelite is both a powerful warrior and a visionary leader, equipped to conquer any world in its path.
The Xelite is a master of advanced technology, utilizing state-of-the-art gadgets to further their domination. This character embodies intelligence, strength, and ambition. They are always ready for battle, poised to lead their legions of warriors and march towards world domination.
Design Directions:
Character Aesthetic: Imagine a cartoon, futuristic, sleek warrior with both organic and mechanical elements. The Xelite’s appearance should evoke the feeling of an trooper who has harnessed space-age technology for both defense and attack. Think armor fused with alien tech, exoskeleton enhancements, and power-packed gadgets that scream cutting-edge.
Space Trooper Influence: Inspired by elite military forces in space, the Xelite could have elements resembling futuristic soldiers — think armored suits, helmets, and high-tech gear. The uniform should look both utilitarian and awe-inspiring, ready for both ground and space missions.
Alien Technology: The Xelite should carry a sense of mystery and advanced technology. Maybe their armor feature energy-based enhancements, holographic projections, or technological artifacts unique to their alien origin. Their equipment should feel like it’s beyond our time, something that the universe has never seen before.
Personality Traits: The Xelite should exude confidence, intelligence, and an unwavering ambition. They are calm under pressure but relentless in their pursuit of control. The character should radiate authority, with a design that hints at their tactical genius and world-dominating aspirations.
Color Palette: Bold, metallic tones with hints of iridescence or glow to reflect the character’s advanced technology. Think of cosmic green’s like our XELIS color palette, silvers, and blacks, perhaps with a splash of neon or luminescent accents to emphasize their origins.
Challenge:
Your task is to bring the Xelite to life through design! Think about how this character would move, fight, and lead armies on distant worlds. Create a design that feels awe-inspiring, with a strong sense of technological mastery and otherworldly intelligence.
Get creative, think beyond the limits of Earth-bound design, and remember — the Xelite is on the brink of dominating the galaxy. Will your design capture their power, vision, and technological supremacy? Let the conquest begin!
Rules:
- Submissions are due by December 27th, 2024 at 20:00. Winner announced on New Year’s Eve!
- Submissions must be submitted as PNGs on the Telegram and Discord channels (“contest”), only top 3 winners will be expected to submit to Xelis team the SVG files.
- All winners must be able to submit their image as a SVG to the Xelis team before receiving payment, PNGs will not be accepted as the final file. cough cough…we want real designers…not AI
- Winners must have a Xelis wallet to receive winnings, Xelis winnings will NOT be sent to an exchange address.
- All rights of the submitted images will be granted to Xelis and Xelis community to utilize/edit as we see fit.
- We really would like to avoid excessive references to war, weapons, or guns, let’s try to keep it to more to out-of-our world, with state of the art “gadgets”
