Butterfish was created by three close friends on a mission to deliver quality, healthy food to our community. We were tired of searching for healthy fast-food only to come up empty handed. The options were limited. If it was healthy, it often didn’t taste great and if it was convenient, it typically wasn’t fresh! With our backgrounds in fine dining and our families’ history in farming, we hoped we could do better.
GROWING UP IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY GAVE US A DEEP APPRECIATION FOR THE AMAZING INGREDIENTS WE HAVE IN OUR BACKYARD
