My plan as head janny of /dem/
-Force complete anonymity and remove divide between regular posters and jannies, thus removing myself from power
-Remove the democratic system currently used and instead allow the classless users of this board to vote on the content available on the board
-For users to vote, there is a "SAGE" button for coal content which will decrease visibility and SAGE every reply you put, a "HOHOHO!" button which increases visibility and HOHOHO!s every reply you put, and a votable report system, which removes a post after a certain amount of votes are cast that it removes a rule. Reports are permanently and publicly listed, and you can report false reporters, although IPs and identification will be hidden to maintain anonymity.
-rename board to /leftysoy/ and maintain a Marxist-oriented board culture of soyquotes, theory breads, bangers, and snowball fights.
