Four. Maintenance contract period
Regarding maintenance renewal of discontinued products, in principle maintenance renewal is possible only during the maintenance contract period. In the unlikely event that the customer wishes to retroactively renew maintenance after the expiration date of the maintenance contract, in principle, retroactive maintenance renewal cannot be performed.
Please be aware of this in advance and place your order within 10 business days of your maintenance renewal period.
