Location of Ravenplume City in Tohoak.

Ravenplume City (Japanese: カラスバシティ / Karasuba City) is a city located in the north of Tohoak. There are three exits out of city. To the south is Route 514, to the west is Route 516 leading directly to Mt. Snowfall, and to the north is Route 515, which is originally blocked by a group of scientists looking for a Meteorite.

Pokémon Trainers must come to Ravenplume City in order to win the Hadar Badge from Fenton, the Ravenplume Gym Leader who specializes in Ghost-type Pokémon.

Ravenplume City is described like a sacred place.

The Ravenplume Gym is the official Gym of Ravenplume City. It specializes in Ghost-type Pokémon. The Gym Leader is Fenton. Trainers who defeat him receive the Hadar Badge.

Chateau of Time[]

Move Deleter[]

The Move Deleter is located to the southeast of the city. The Move Deleter is helpful for deleting moves that can't be deleted otherwise. He is a very forgetful man, and lives alone. For no charge, the Move Deleter will make a Pokémon forget a move it knows. This is the only way for a Pokémon to forget HM moves such as Cut or Fly.

Amity Square[]

Amity Square is a park where Trainers can walk around with their Pokémon and talk to them to check their moods. It is located in the north west of Ravenplume City. It is a reference to the original Amity Square located in Sinnoh.
