Serplant (Japanese: リーフィス / Leafis) is a dual-type Grass/Water Pokémon, and is one of the original Fakemon created for Pokémon Altair, Sirius and Vega.
Thanks to its typing, abilities and defenses, Serplant is one of the best bulky Pokémon in Vega. It learns a lot of support moves to cripple opponents and help teammates such as Thunder Wave, Leech Seed, Toxic, Amnesia and Baton Pass. With its' Natural Cure ability, Serplant can abuse Rest without having to stay asleep when switched out while Serplant can also pass the status buffs to another Pokémon with Baton Pass.
80 Speed is pretty decent for a bulky wall like Serplant, considering most walls like it are really slow. Said Speed is also useful for Shell Smash, which can turn its decent Special Attack of 85 into something dangerous enough to wipe teams. Aside from a variety of support moves, Serplant can learn a variety of offensive moves to cover its weaknesses such as Raze Earth and Frostbite alongside STAB moves like Hydro Pump and Rapid Growth.
If you're looking for a Pokémon who is both diverse and flexible, Serplant is the one you should use. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a solid Water or Grass Pokémon to fit on your team.

One of the best mon in the game. So good...
How to get rapid growth ? Can Strawna pass this ?
Quick question, but can Serplant learn the HMs for Dive and Waterfall in Altair/Sirius?
Apologies for the late comment, but Serplant cannot learn Dive or Waterfall in Altair and Sirius. My guess for the reasoning behind this is that you cannot go underwater or scale waterfalls with a potted plant.
Damn... I had the feeling it wouldn't be able to, so in Altair I replaced my Serplant with a Feebas I was lucky to find in the route before Fortree City (it luckily evolved into a Milotic immediantly after the battle with Mel).
is it possible to teach this thing ice beam through breeding?
Yes. Breed with an Abomasnow.
tried it but all i get is frostbite
Weird.... Well, at least Frostbite is still as good as Ice Beam since it has a 40% chance of raising the Sp. Attack stat.
Little shop of horrors
Oh definitely. That thing would be broken if it was in the metagame.
