This male:
1. Identifies as a woman
2. Says he’s transgender
3. Says he’s female
4. Says he’s intersex
5. Is attempting to “pass” (feminine clothes, purse, long hair)
Under the typical rubric of Trans Activism and self-ID laws, this male has every “right” to use female spaces and it’s transphobic to say otherwise.
What recourse could a female have to object to his presence without being labeled “transphobic”?
What definitive criteria would exclude this man from female spaces and all other dangerous men while not also excluding at least some non-predatory transfems?
He clearly seems very convinced he identifies as a woman. Why is his identity as a woman “invalid”? What nonarbitrary criteria can we use to say his identity is invalid while other male identities are valid?
Do not say “vibes.” Give an actual criterion.
